Abby O'Shea (Penn St.)

Abby O’Shea is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and a standout member on the Penn State Lionettes D1A Dance Team, where she served as both junior and senior captain. A two-time Big Ten First Team selection (2024–2025, 2025–2026), Abby is recognized for her elite technique, leadership, and dynamic performance quality.


During her sophomore season, Abby helped lead the Lionettes to a historic 3rd place finish in Pom—the program’s first time medaling at that level. She has also consistently reached finals in Jazz with innovative, high-impact routines that have gained major attention on social media.

Beyond UDA Nationals, Abby choreographed 10+ gameday routines performed in front of crowds of over 110,000 fans, showcasing her creativity and ability to perform at a high level on a major stage.


Abby specializes in Pom, Jazz, Contemporary, Gameday, and technique training, focusing on performance quality, precision, and confidence-building. She offers personalized private lessons and choreography for dancers of all levels and works closely with athletes navigating the college dance team recruitment process, providing guidance on skills, preparation, and what to expect at the next level.
