We recognize the needs of dancers and their supporters, and our goal is to provide the connections necessary for learning and creating a pathway to the perfect team.

Mission
Our aim is to connect dancers with teams, coaches, and collegiate dancers, prioritizing learning over awards while still receiving recruitment opportunities and invites. We believe there's a perfect team for every dancer, and our mission is to facilitate that connection. Our convention-style combines serve a platform for coaches and dancers to meet, allowing dancers to learn from both current and recent collegiate dance team members. Participants will explore various styles, gaining insight into college dance teams, while also receiving instruction from Company 12 staff in areas such as gameday, pom, technique, hip hop, and contemporary/jazz. Additionally, dancers will have the opportunity to engage with coaches and teams to learn more about their programs.
A look at our combine and new opportunities
We are excited to introduce a bigger convention-style recruitment combine, now open to younger dancers aged 9 and up. With dancers and parents in mind, Friday night solos will start at 3 PM and conclude by 10 PM, judged by current college coaches. VIP registrants will be entered as soloists, receive a recruitment combine
t-shirt, an observer band, and enjoy additional time with college coaches. Classes will kick off at at 10am on Saturday, with opportunities for private lessons on Friday. Sunday will conclude the weekend and will run from approximately 8 AM to 2PM. Company 12 also offers a $500 academic scholarship to a current graduating senior, regardless of their dance team affiliation.

Are you looking to take your love of dance to the next level?
Company 12 now offers a unique weekend experience meshing our current combine to a new recruitment convention experience. This offers dancers more rooms and space by separating rooms by age groups while learning.
This weekend will also offer our junior age group, ages 9-12 the ability to learn during the weekend and gain knowledge towards the dance team life. The 9-12 age group will not meet with coaches at tables or provide personal information, but will have the chance to ask questions and meet with staff during the weekend.
Register as a VIP and perform a solo on Friday, or register for the convention only Saturday and Sunday.
* VIP's will have the ability to meet with staff and coaches/tables Friday night and will receive a parent observer band and convention tee.
* The VIP with Solo package includes the ability to perform a solo and be judged by current coaches for valuable feedback.
* Our focus is for dancers to be seen and learn, not about convention awards!
* Designed for ALL dancers to find the right team and learn while connecting with coaches, staff and other dancers.
* The Company 12 Recruitment Convention is designed by a previous coach, parents of current collegiate dancers and our staff of current collegiate and NFL dancers to give the dancer what THEY need.
* Friday night solos will be limited.
