Our Services

Our consulting services provide the following:

1. Meeting with the dancer (through zoom) to discuss their direction. The meeting is typically between 1-2 hours.

This includes in depth discussion of academics, campus interests, location and more. 

The dancer will also provide videos to help determine dance team fit.

We discuss current skills and what might be needed.

2. Choose a staff member to work with the dancer one on one during a 45 minute private.

The staff member will also give Chrissy feedback to help determine strengths and weaknesses. This information will be discussed and also emailed back to the dancer.

3. Chrissy determines a list that fits the desired academic campus, location, offering of their major or academics and fit for dance team.  This length of the list is determined initially by grade level.  The list will be detailed with academic information, campus size, student population..etc. The list will also include the dance team expectations/requirements.

4.  A follow-up is scheduled through zoom to follow-up and discuss the list.

The list can be amended and schools crossed off the list after discussion.

5. This consultation process takes 4-6 weeks to complete. During that time Chrissy is also available for help through the dancer's auditioning process. or while attending clinics  The dancer may text or email with Chrissy at any point during this process.  Chrissy will also list the dancer's reel (if provided) on the coaches recruitment site during that time. After the initial consultation the dancer can continue to work with

Company 12 and Chrissy monthly. There is no contract on monthly services. 

Once the final zoom is scheduled and completed the dancer will decide if they would like to constinue on a monthly basis or schedule privates as needed.

*Monthly services allow the dancer to utilize Chrissy as needed for texts, calls or zoom for help with the process in any way. Chrissy will also help with contact in sending out reels or setting solos with choreographers that might be best for the dancer, if their current studio allows.

Monthly services include a private at no additional cost and ALL additional scheduled privates at a 10% discount, when scheduled. 

Privates, when utilized through monthly services/consulting will include a written feedback to the dancer after their private that will be emailed to them.

If privates are scheduled on a need be basis, feedback will be given during the private only.

If the monthly services are discontinued they may be reinstated at any point and are never a "continued contract". Once monthly services are discontinued all monthly services will be discontinued.
