Welcome! Meet our Staff! Our staff will work with you on preparing for a college team or cleaning your solo! Our staff will help you to develop the confidence and feel comfortable at your next clinic or combine!

Chrissy Farr
Owner
Christina Farr has been involved with both dance and cheer beginning at a young age as a trained ballet dancer and moving into the competitive dance arena and cheering.
She has coached and prepared choreography for several high schools in both dance and cheer with experience in both
competitive and recreational only teams.
Chrissy was previously a High School Coach for nearly 15 years and was previously the Head Dance Team Coach for
The University of Mount Union.
Chrissy has also particpated with thePanel with Revel and currently attends Revel Regional cities offering workshops and class to dancers on gameday and sidelines technique and the process of making a dance team. Dance and has provided studio owners/teachers/parents with a seminar on The Collegiate Dance Team Route and how to get there.

Abby O'Shea
Penn State
Abby O’Shea is from Pittsburgh, PA. She started dancing at the age of 4 and started competing at the age of 11. She danced competitively at Intensity Dance Academy in Mars, PA where she and her team have been awarded countless national awards, including an Industry Dance Award for her group routine “19th Amendment”. Abby was also awarded the title of Miss Starpower in 2021. Outside of studio dance, Abby was captain of her high school dance team. Now she is a sophomore on the Penn State Lionettes Dance Team!! Last year, she competed in D1A Pom and Jazz at UDA nationals in Orlando, FL

Maddy Vercelli
The University of Minnesota
Maddy is a Sophomore on the University of Minnesota Dance Team. Maddy is originally from Chicago, IL where she grew up training in both dance team and studio style dance!

Eliza Farr
University of Kentucky
Eliza has been involved in competitive dance since the age of 2. She is currently a Titans Assistant and has won numerous nationa l awards including a top five placement with her duet at TDA and top ten soloist and earning national titles such as Miss Energy and Miss Legacy and earning numerous scholarships during her dance career. Eliza was also in the final rounds as Clarafor The Radio City Christmas Spectacular and for Matilda on Broadway.
Eliza can been seen on the sidelines at The University of Kentucky as a current dance
team member at UK.
She has worked with numerous industry choreographers as well as being named a Shaping Sound Squad Leader and working off broadway in Cabaret With A Cause and enjoys all style of dance.
Eliza has choregraphed top winning solos and has recently choreographed pom routines for local Hugh Schools.

Ella Dupre
Ole Miss
Ella is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She started dancing at the age of 4 and has been doing it ever since! Ella attended the highschool St. Joseph’s Academy and was on their dance team, the Redsteppers. They competed in Gameday, Jazz, and HipHop. They held the 2021 UDA title of national gameday champions. She was also Co-Captain junior year and Captain her senior year. Ella also competed and trained with her studio, Evolve 26. She has been given many opportunities to teach at her studio and traveled to take classes all over the US. Now she is a Freshmen in college, dancing at the University of Mississippi as a Rebelette.

Megan Schmude
San Diego State
Megan is from Houston, Texas. She has been dancing since she was 4 years old and has trained in various styles. She attended Kingwood High School and was a part of the Kingwood Fillies dance team. She also grew up dancing at Stacey’s Dance Studio and was apart of their elite team. She spent 5 years teaching and assisting classes there. She is now 3rd year student at San Diego State University and is on the SDSU Dance Team. She is majoring in advertising and minoring in psychology.

Emily Brikho
Michigan State University
Emily is from Commerce Twonship, MI. Emily started dancing when she was 3 years old at Big City Dance Center where she trained in various styles and later become a member of the Varsity Dance Team at Walled Lake Northern for all 4 years of high school. Emily is currently a Senior Captain on the Michigan State University Dance Team and is studying kinesiology.

Olivia Short
Michigan State University
Meet Olivia Short from Michigan! Olivia began her dance journey at MADPAC where she competitively danced from the ages of 6 to 17. Throughout her high school years, she was on The Pinckney Varsity Dance Team and a member of The Hollywood Connection Teen Company traveling the US as an assistant. Olicia began teaching and chroreographing at the age of 15 following in her monther's footsteps. She has continued her journey as a dance teacher at MADPAC and travels around MI to teach and choreograph for local studios and dance teams. After graduating high school, she joined Detroit Pistons Dancers for season the 2021 season. Now a Senior Captain at Michigan State University, Olivia is entering her third season with the MSU Dance Team!

Lily Cappuzzello
University of Cincinnati
Lily is from McDonald, OH. She started dancing at age 3 and was a member of her studio’s competition team by age 5. Through the years Lily has won numerous regional and national first place awards, including being named West Coast Dance Explosion’s Teen Elite Champion. She is trained in jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, and tap, and has trained under the instruction of artists such as Elizabeth Parkinson, Struther White, Tre Holloway, and Will Earnston, just to name a few. Lily is currently a freshman on the 7x National Champion, 10x World Champion University of Cincinnati Dance Team.

Layla Giardina
Layla Giardina has been a competitively trained dancer since the age of 4. She has trained all across the country with many different artists through convention classes. She has worked with Debbie Allen in her production of Brothers of The Night, as well as being apart of a hiphop group, PaceSetters, for about 3 years while living in Virginia. She has been apart of many different dance studios throughout her years, but graduated from InMotion Dance Studio as a 4 year member and leader on her team. She is trained in many styles of dance, including but not limited to; Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, HipHop, and even a little Scottish Highland when she was younger. She is currently entering her 2nd year as a member of the University Of Cincinnati Dance team with a major in Nursing! Some of her dance interests are choreographing and setting pieces which she has been doing since she was young for fun and can’t wait to take it to the next level!

Teagan Kubinski
University of Cincinnati
Teagan Kubinski is from Joliet, Illinois. She has been dancing since she was two years old. Teagan grew up dancing at Encore Dance Productions and has been training in every style. She was also a part of the Joliet Catholic Academy Varsity Dance Team for four years. She is a current freshman on the University of Cincinnati Dance Team and is majoring in Speech Pathology.

Alaina Linders
The University of Memphis
Alaina Linders and is from Fenton, Michigan! I have grown up loving dance and started around the age of 3! I trained with Drive Dance Co in Novi, Michigan before moving to Tennessee to pursue my college dance career! I am now a freshman on the 16x National Championship Memphis Dance Team! I am trained in all styles but specialize in Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Jazz! I am so excited to be apart of this family and I can’t wait to meet all of you

Kelsey Mickey
Penn State
Kelsey Mickey is from Austintown, OH. She started dancing at the age of 4 and competing at the age of 8. Emerging as a leader at her studio, Kelsey went from a student assistant to a teacher and choreographer at The Performing Arts Center. She has created many award winning groups and solos, and loves to create movement based combos. At her final studio nationals, Kelsey was awarded the title of Miss Legacy 2023. She now is a rising sophomore on the Penn State Lionettes Dance Team! Just last year, she competed with Penn State in D1A Jazz and Pom at UDA Nationals!

Liv Hanlon
West Virginia University
Liv says, “I have been dancing since the age of 4 and started competitively dancing around age 6. Ever since then I have been trained in ballet, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and jazz. At the age of 13 I was selected to be on Hollywood Vibe’s “Vibe Company” and toured the country for one season. After that opportunity, I found a sense of leadership and taught at my studio, Intensity Dance Academy, as well as assisted in all areas of dance while focusing on technique. With not only the motivation and drive of myself, but as well as my teammates, we were able to accomplish winning national titles as well as an Industry Dance Award. Now I am on the WVU Dance Team in which we compete in D1A Jazz and D1A Team. Being on the WVU Dance Team gave me an even bigger love and drive for dance and I wouldn’t change a thing about it!”

Avery Peters
University of Louisville
Avery is from Huntley, Illinois and started dancing at 3 years old and has not stopped since. She attended conventions and clinics that allowed her to prepare for a collegiate dance team. She started out at Dance Force Studios where she placed 4th at Summitt in Orlando, Florida. She then moved to Pro Dance Elite where she attended several conventions such as Bella Moxi, Ash and several others. Avery graduated from Huntley High where she was a 4 year varsity and Senior Captain dancer.

Natalie Struzik
Purdue University, The Goldusters
Natalie is from Cedar Lake, Indiana. She began her dance career at the age of 5 and started competitively dancing at the age of 8. Her training started at Donna Brum Dancers from 2011-2021. She then continued her training under Lynn Gelatka at LM Premier Dance, where she has been teaching and assisting for a year while also competing on the elite teams. This experience has allowed her to receive extensive training while also be part of a national winning studio. Natalie is a rising second year junior on the Purdue Golduster Dance Team. She loves the Golduster style and family she is a part of! Natalie is forever grateful for the opportunities the team has to offer and cherishes every experience as a Golduster!

Maci Martin
Maci is from Girard, Ohio! She started dancing at the age of just 3 years old and has been in love with dance ever since. She grew up training at the award winning studio-Krystie’s Dance Academy and trained in all styles, but mainly prioritized ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. She was a competition dancer that didn’t even know the world of dance team until her senior year of high school and is so glad she discovered the WVU Dance Team. Upon making the team, she achieved many accomplishments such as “Top Gun Turns” winner and “All American” at NDA as well as many other titles with her team. She really fell in love with the style of “Gameday” Pom and performing at basketball and football games! Maci recently graduated from WVU in May of 2024 and is now a proud alumni of the team. She is excited to educate dancers on the world of collegiate dance and help them make their dream team!

Madison Marshall
The University of South Flordida
Madison is a freshman on the University of South Florida dance team, the USF Sundolls!
She has been a competitive dancer for 12 years and was on her high school dance team for 4 years. She has assisted different dance conventions such as: Artists Simply Human, Revel Dance Convention, Titans of Dance, Wild Dance Intensive, Transcend Dance Tour and Embody Dance Conference. She loves all styles of dance, performing on the stage and on the field/court. She can’t wait to share her passion for dance and teaching with everyone!! 🤍

Josie Speich
University of Colorado
Josie is from Fargo, North Dakota and has been dancing since the age of 4. She began comoeting at the age of 8 while training with Studio A Dance Company in Iowa. During her freshman year of hogh school she took home a first place title in pom at ISDTA with her high school dance team. From sophomore to senior year Josie trained with Red River Dance and Performing Company in North Dakota. She has had the chance to attend numerous conventions, combines and competitions and is now a freshman at The University of Colorado Boulder.

Brooklyn Sander
University of Central Florida
Brooklynn Sander is a sophomore on the University of Central Florida dance team, which just finished third in the D1-A hip hop category at UDA College Nationals. Brooklynn grew up in St. Charles, MO, where she was a competitive studio dancer since the age of 4 years old and is on her 18th year of training. Brooklynn danced for her high school varsity dance team, where she made the finals at UDA nationals all 4 years in hip hop, jazz and game day. Her team, Fort Zumwalt West, earned 2 silver medals in hip hop and Brooklynn led her team to a top 5 finish in both jazz and hip hop her senior year. She has worked with countless iconic choreographers such as Shandon Perez, Noa Tumpkin, and Paris Cavanagh. Brooklynn is also a USASF certified dance instructor at World Class All Star Dance in Chesterfield, MO. Brooklynn loves sharing her passion for dance in all styles to dancers of all ages.

Kennedy Webb
Washington State University
Kennedy Webb is from St. Louis, Missouri where she trained for 15+ years in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and musical theater. She competed with her high school dance team at the UDA National Dance Team Championship in hip hop, jazz, and game day, as well as at The Dance Worlds with World Class All Star Dance in jazz, pom, and lyrical. In addition to her extensive competition dance experience, she also trained in ballet at the St. Louis Ballet School. Kennedy is now a member of the Washington State University Crimson Girls! She is excited to help dancers navigate the college dance team recruitment process and to make their dream teams!
